Tuft the World

Tuft the World is a rug-tufting company run by artist. They wanted something unique and eye-catching for the front offices of their headquarters. I proposed a collaged mural, and they were open to the idea.

I then took measurements of the space and created all the individual elements of the mural on polytab (or parachute cloth). After cutting the pieces, I arranged them in my studio and brought them on-site for installation. The result is a unique project that allowed me to explore collage techniques in the mural making process.
